Turns out its throwing the P2101 Grip Sensor code. I pulled the bars and pulled the wires replaced the sensor and getting he same issue. He said Harley Tech Support is seeing this more and more with high mileage '08's. They said it is the wires in the connector to the TCA. With condensation, weather, etc. there is a build up.

Nov 3, 2009 · Now it could have been on before, but the first time I noticed it was after restarting the bike. I rode home from the gas station (1 mile) and ran the DTCs... P2138 (TGS Corelation Error) and P1510 (EFI Limited Performance Mode). I cleared out the codes, went back and loosened up the throttle grip some (alittle more play) and restarted the bike.
