I751 and N400 are two different software programs in USCIS. When you file your N400 and it is time for your interview the officer and his supervisor will have to approve your I751 first in order the software to let them move on to N400. However you do it, officer will most definitely know.I received the interview notice on November 2023 scheduled for January 2023. My I751 still pending at the time. I never received any additional interview notice for ROC or any communication from USCIS about a possible combo interview. I even spoke with a USCIS agent on the phone and they confirmed that they only see a notice for N400 interview.
