My '02 Prairie 400 is 2 turns out according to my service manual.Found out why the ol prairie was running bad and it was not what i expected.1) Idles with the choke on. 2) Idles with the a/f screw turned all the way out. 3) Idles briefly with carb cleaner. Based on this information, I think it can be narrowed down to the idle circuit. There are 2 ports in the front of the carburetor. One is the idle circuit air bleed and the other is the main jet air bleed.Rotate the motor while watching the intake valve open and close. Go to the T mark on the flywheel. This is TDC on the compression stroke. Adjust the intake valve to .13mm and the exhaust to .18mm (these settings work best for your motor). Rotate the motor over a few times and double check your work. That's it.If your Kawasaki Prairie 360 shows won’t start, it’s like due to one of the following: Battery Terminals/Wiring. Battery.
