As to what you will do, that varies. According to day shift, overnight doesn’t do anything unless something is found to have been done wrong at which point overnight will get full credit. I went in that day (Monday) and did my drug test and submitted for my background check. I was told I would get a call back in 3 days its now the end of the 3rd day and I've yet to hear back.
