Another problem can be UPNP -protocol. Google "Rainbow Six: Siege upnp problem" and read up, if someone has similiar issue than you and fixed it with UPNP settings.if you want you can try to troubleshoot your pc using the troubleshooting guide on ubi's website, and if you want to try some methods from reddit you can look up "r6 stuck on creating squad" and it should be the first result. everything i tried didn't work unfortunately but maybe it can work for you.get stuck on creating a squad.
