IMO Cathedral Weathers is the best weather mod for SSE. I use Silent Horizons as for me it's the best looking for CW. Rudy doesn't have a CW version. There are some decent reshades out there, but I still prefer ENB. Another decent option for CW is Lucid ENB, which outperforms Silent Horizons as far as fps is concerned.

Copy "d3d11.dll" and "decompiler_46e.dll" and paste them into your Skyrim root folder. Unzip the cabbage enb. Open the ENB folder and select LUX or ELFX. Open the corresponding folders and copy "enbseries", "enblocal.ini" and "enbseries.ini" to your Skyrim root folder. Press the END key to open the ENB GUI.

You need Cathedral Weathers of course and the Particle Patch. The rest of the mods are just highly recommended, not actually required for the ENB to work. I do recommend you use Obsidian Mountain Fogs and a lighting mod like Window Shadows like Rudy recommends. Also, grass not matching LOD can be fixed with something like xLODGen. You'll also need the two required files from the most recent enb binaries, d3d11.dll and decompiler_46e.dll. also there are a couple other mods you'll want, they can be found under preparations and requirements on the mod page, specifically obsidian mountain fog and dynamic volumetric lighting and sun shadows.
