Those are not required files, those are files requiring the Outer Rim as a dependency for their mod to work. FYI Many of those mods are out dated and can cause your game to crash. The Outer Rim has no requirements I believe.

Outer Rim not working. Tried reinstalling Outer Rim, deleting saves, basically most fixes out there but it just doesn't work. It loads to menu, but I get stuck on the red spinny screen after i pick a save. I can hear the audio in the spawn place and move around, but i cant see anything besides the red wheel. I am on a Quest 2 and am on U11.
