Wow, at that point LFG in the discord, or LFG in the game. The sheer amount of time I encountered 3/4 players with Lost Souls loadout while I'm the only one without it is... really disproportionately high. Most people that bring the loadout are probably bringing it "just in case" everyone else brought it, which kinda cause a loop.
Might want to start your group on something like the above. It's far from the best possible setup for 4 players, but if all 4 players are on the same page and at least 1 player is not stupid and has the balls to call shots you can't lose on any map except dead ahead (because it doesn't have space for rangers ofc).
