Machine shop said the cracks could be fixed but he knew of a head trhat had been checked out and ready to have valves put for $300.Both were 8060s I had $400 invested and the old head . What you have there is a gas head off of eather a late super M or a 400, these heads are the same as a 450 gas head and is a lot better head than the 8060 casting that a M would have had, so I would assume that your M has a after-market lp conversion.
