Trimmer head worn out from normal use. Lay trimmer on bench so Phillips head screw on end of shaft just above trimmer head is up. Turn trimmer head until you see a gap open just below screw. Insert Allen wrench in gap. Hold in on Allen wrench with one hand while turning trimmer head to the right. Reverse threads lefty tighty ,righty loosey.
