Brigands law with threat detector and voltshot is one of if not the best legendary gun in the game. It's better than the ikelos smg and way more fun to use.Ikelos SMG worked VERY well for a very long time. Given, it would even synchronize better in the Arc update, and of course bring back Warmind Cells too for more in depth builds. Though, I wouldn't mind Subjunctive to come back either.
