It sounds like that Alpine (or something connected to it) is overloading that circuit. That is the B+ wire that goes to the radio connector. I'm not sure how the Alpine connects to the OEM wiring but you may need to add a separately fused B+ wire to the circuit. That way you can run a heavier wire & more than the 10a fuse you have with the IOD.That or the wiring to it is shorted at some point. Remove the connection at the center back of the socket and replace the fuse--if ok, replace or repair the socket. If still blows fuse, check the wire you removed for damage near any metal object.
