In 2022, Ben and Jill decided to close their retail stores, focusing instead on expanding their events business. The subsequent year saw the launch of two new arts-centered holiday events in the Twin Cities: the Palace Theatre Holiday Market and the Minnesota Merry Market at the State Fair, drawing thousands of attendees to support local artists.

The State Fair offers free shuttles from 33 parking areas near the fairgrounds. The shuttles run from 8 a.m. to midnight, with pickups every 20 minutes. Express buses arrive and depart at the State Fair Transit Hub that's on the west side of the fairgrounds near West End Market. Check ahead of time, though, as not all lots are open everyday.
