For elvui use the default profile, for plater, if you want to use mine the profile is called Modern Wow that should set up most things the way you see it in my screenshot. World of Warcraft's User Interface.It's just the way WoW/ElvUI is coded, bar 7-9 are the default for action paging(e.g bar 1 becomes bar 7 in cat form, 8 in bear form, 9 in moonkin form or something similar). Didn't double check the specific numbers but you get the idea. Use bars 1-6 or change the action paging options in your action bar settings at the bottom.To fix it: Go into ElvUI, Disable chat, and reload your UI. Open Edit Mode (hit Escape, then Edit Mode). Under Layout, choose a non-custom layout (I chose their preset "Modern" layout). Go back into ElvUI, Reenable chat, then reload your UI again. ElvUi and WeakAuras are beasts but when you use them together it can make WOW so much more enjoyable. I recommend making your own ElvUi profiles if you go that route.
