Unfortunately it doesn't work like that. I thought it would! I got a 64% on UWSA 1 and the average was 67%. But my scaled score was 226 despite average being 244. 3% difference. My theory is that if you get things wrong that majority gets right, then that hurts your score worse compared to getting things wrong that majority also get wrong.
