I’ve just reached GM on console again in overwatch 2 (was GM/T500 in overwatch 1 from like season 15-20 then stopped playing) and it’s just full of Ximming hitscans ... I understand how a Xim works so I’m aware Blizzard have a hard time recognising it, and even if they could I doubt they’d do anything about it.
