I'm in the same dilemma. I'm leaving Tradovate. It's either Quantower vs Sierra Charts. Expect to pay around a 100$ a month give or take with data fees and the orderflow package. This is about the standard across the industry. Sierra charts is unique in that they have everything from the top down in house, and their dev team is impeccable.Thanks Liquidcci. What I said is I don't like Ninja Trader as much as TradeStation or Tradovate. Rithmic data can be a little less reliable though. I like to see the orders trading stocks, but I stopped looking at them for futures long ago. Eventually should thoroughly explore Bookmap at some point, but haven't had time yet.
TOS is what I use for realtime charts. I use amp futures and their platform quantower to trade on. Basic data is $3 a month. $1.24 round-trip commission and margin is super low. $40 for an MES contract $100 for MNQ there are a couple other pretty cheap I think MYM and a couple others. Check out AMP or Optimus Futures.

Rithmic data isn't better at order execution or speed really than the default cqg setup. What rithmic is better at is MBO order data vs MBP. I utilize rithmic and cqg for my situations and the price is always basically identical. Basically in that I've never seen them differ .. even in recordings. Next, NT bought tradovate. When I place an order on Tradovate, the volume seems wrong. It plays an "Order Filled" sound, but it's really loud.
