Wall Street Prep Private Equity Masterclass. For prospective associates, this would be the course I recommend. There are 3 parts to it: a refresher on LBO modeling, a run-through on an entire deal process and case study of a lower middle-market deal. The latter two sections are what really stood out to me.

The few people who've taken the exam probably won't remember that much.Wall Street prep is very good, but you have to understand how to use it. The videos are way to long and boring. You need to build all the models multiple times, and just refer to the completed example if you get stuck. You have to tell yourself on the fourth or fifth time, stuff will really start to click.
