I am having a similar issue. My main house has Xfinity television and internet service. My lake house only has xfinity internet service (separate service account). I am able to stream the Xfinity app on my FireTv at the lake house just fine. However the RokuTv at the lake house gives me the ‘Error: TVAPP 00101’.
